Challenge:
As any other manufacturer I want to be able to increase my revenues as much as possible. In order to do that I have two ways: to increase the price of my products or/and to increase the volume of sales. If I increase the prices too much I may have problems selling because of the economic crisis these days. If I want to increase the volume of the sales I have two obstacles: on one hand the lack of skilled employees and low efficiency due to the age of current employees, and on the other hand the difficulties of getting the raw materials in time.
