Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Lukasiewicza (PRZ) (Rzeszow University of Technology) is a public higher-education institution located in the south east of Poland in Podkarpackie Voivodeship. PRZ educates students in 7 faculties: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics, Chemistry, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics and Applied Physics, Management and Mechanical Engineering and Technology. In the frame of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics operates Lean Learning Academy Polska (LLA). Its main goal is to transfer knowledge about modern methods and tools to industry as well as to collect information about current industrial problems. PRZ leads WP1, which covers conducting a research for gaining a better understanding of students’, academics’ and companies’ training needs. Universitat Ramon Llull (URL) is a non-profit making private entity structured under a federative agreement between the university, formal holder and responsible of the centers that form it (such as La Salle-URL), and the different entities that manage each center with their own resources preserving their own juridical personality, heritage and responsibility. Like other universities involved, URL will actively contribute to designing and testing the WP1 taxonomy and WP2 change management methodologies. University of Ioannina (UoI) is a large Higher Education Institution and a self-governing body supervised by the Greek Ministry of Education. UoI will contribute to the definition of the questionnaires and semi-structured interviews for collecting information from the target groups and defining the need analysis. ValueDo s.r.l. is specialized in activities of European, national, regional and local project management.
