Challenge:
I have been looking for effective ways to optimize costs and improve efficiency of my production department. I have been trying without affecting the quality of my products. Now, due to the global economic situation the task is almost impossible to achieve because I have no predictability of the raw material costs which are changing every day and not in the right direction.
Main Requirements:
- Digital Twin Development: create highly detailed replicas of wind turbines, incorporating real-time data from sensors, maintenance history, and environmental conditions
- Predictive Maintenance: use AI and ML to predict potential maintenance needs, including components wear and potential failures.
