Planet4 Erasmus+ Project Concludes Final Meeting in Pisa

The culmination of the PLANET4 project wrapped up with the final partnership meeting held in Pisa on October 3rd, 2023. The meeting saw a comprehensive overview of the project’s achievements, strategic planning for future activities, and key discussions on the way forward for the initiative.

Throughout the day, various critical themes were addressed:

Review of final results in work packages: Partners revisited and evaluated the final outcomes for WP3, WP4, and WP5. Notably, the collaboration resulted in the successful compilation of challenges, with only a few pending challenges to be finalized and made accessible on the project’s website.

Data accessibility and EU compliance: A significant emphasis was placed on ensuring that all project outcomes comply with EU regulations. Partner organizations committed to conducting detailed checks to ensure conformity to EU standards.

Next steps for project outcomes: Presentations and discussions surrounding WP5 highlighted the completion status of various learning materials, emphasizing their future accessibility on the project’s website in formats such as Moodle packages, YouTube videos, and PDF slides.

Exploitation plan and dissemination of results: The meeting also deliberated on a exploitation plan, including strategies for spreading the word about the project results. Partners discussed the publication of press releases, the organization of webinar, and the generation of visibility for the project’s outcomes.

The meeting showcased a commitment to collaborative success, as partners strategically plan the final phase of the project, focusing on compliance, accessibility, dissemination, and financial closure.
